Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Process Designer to join our Semiconductor Sector. In this role, you will report to the Department Manager, collaborating with Designers, Engineers and Project Managers to generate production design documents for advanced technology facilities.

Qualifications include an associate degree with 3–5 years’ experience in process piping systems; strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; and experience in industrial manufacturing environments such as semiconductor, biotechnology, or

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in CADD or Engineering related discipline with a minimum 3–5 years’ experience of process piping systems.
• Strong knowledge with Revit and AutoCAD and willingness to perform production design work.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing facilities projects in semiconductor, nanotechnology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or laboratory sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction documents for mechanical and process piping systems such as process exhaust, PCW, UPW, specialty gas/chem, and specialty drains.
• Develop constructable design packages based on client and vendor information.
• Survey existing conditions and identify utility points of connection.
• Develop space management, routing guidelines and rack elevations.
• Produce engineering drawings in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Participate in team coordination with other disciplines, sub-contractors, and clients.
• Perform field work as required.
