Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to support the Semiconductor sector in Chandler, AZ. You will plan, organize, and lead architectural and engineering functions, coordinating client interaction and change control while guiding technical resources across complex projects.

Ideal candidate has a track record in A/E/EPCM environments, proven leadership of design project managers, and experience with cleanrooms, fab facilities, labs, or related advanced processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Engineering Management plus 10 years' related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret engineering drawings, financial reports and legal documents.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Project, Procore, Bluebeam and related PM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project scopes from conception through completion for large, capital-intensive projects.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and resource plans; drive milestones.
• Build and sustain positive client relationships and present project status to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership for project teams and ensure adherence to quality and execution plans.
• Forecast risks, changes, and opportunities; implement lean execution methods as applicable.
• Collaborate with discipline managers and senior leaders to achieve project goals.
