Qualifications

• 10-12 years of semiconductor-related experience.
• 2-4 year college degree or technical school certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• PM performance analysis via TPSS
• Manage G-EMS: job plans, worktypes, etc
• Develop and tracking of gap-closing actions
• PM systems ownership (PM Scheduler, SBS, etc)
• Coordinate with Ops Manager for training coordination, certification, and skills analysis
