Samsung Austin Semiconductor in Austin, TX seeks an outstanding Engineer to join the Product Operations team to coordinate real-time manufacturing and drive efficient workflows. The role focuses on owning production schedules, identifying risks, and implementing improvements in collaboration with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.

The candidate will develop tools, train teams, and champion lean manufacturing to enhance scheduling and productivity in a fast-paced semiconductor

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years’ experience in continuous improvement, factory operations, and technical project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to anticipate problems and design preventative solutions with persuasive stakeholder buy-in.

Aufgaben

• Own specific production schedules (NPI or Mass Production) and logistics ownership as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, shift-operations and quality to identify issues and maintain SOPs.
• Perform capacity analysis and forecast to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate production schedules with internal teams and Korea HQ to align priorities.
• Partner with systems technology and engineering to design and demonstrate scheduling improvements.
• Champion lean-manufacturing initiatives and communicate across levels to improve efficiency.
• Develop and deploy new tools and lead training to integrate into workflows.
