Job summary

Absolics Inc. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist/Manager for the semiconductor packaging domain, based in Covington, GA (Atlanta metro).

The role spans market intelligence, customer engagement, project management, and strategic documentation to commercialize glass substrate technology. The candidate will develop competitive positioning, build key relationships, and drive proposals and engagements, supporting go-to-market strategies with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor sales/marketing or related roles.
• Experience with advanced packaging technologies (CoWoS, EMIB, 2.5D/3D, glass substrates) preferred.
• Understanding of HBM technology and its integration with advanced packaging solutions.
• Background at AI semiconductor companies (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, Apple, AWS, Broadcom) strongly preferred.
• Exceptional business writing skills for executive reports and presentations.
• Fluent English required; Korean is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly market intelligence reports on competition, trends, roadmaps, and supply chains.
• Develop competitive positioning of glass substrate technology against rivals.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key accounts including hyperscalers and AI firms.
• Represent Absolics at industry conferences (ECTC, IMAPS, SEMICON).
• Identify new project opportunities, develop proposals, and drive engagements to signed agreements.
• Lead multiple customer projects with timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop product roadmaps and go-to-market plans with engineering and operations.
• Demonstrate documentation capabilities across reports, analyses, and customer briefs.
