Job summary

TOK America, Inc. in Hillsboro, Oregon, seeks an Advanced Metrology Technician to operate wet etch surface preparation tools and metrology instruments for QC and R&D. You will manage data, maintain tools, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

The role requires basic chemistry knowledge, experience with fab equipment, and proficiency in MS Office. Eligibility for site safety and environment programs is provided, with generous benefits and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2-year AA degree in chemistry, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and semiconductor fab equipment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess job site conditions and equipment to identify hazards or malfunctions.
• Operate semiconductor wet etch surface preparation and surface metrology tools.
• Analyze product samples for QC evaluations.
• Maintain and organize Inspection & Metrology areas per 6S standards.
• Participate in safety and waste handling programs.
