FUJIFILM Electronic Materials U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the 2nd shift at our North Kingstown, RI facility.

You will support chemical manufacturing operations, measure and handle raw materials, and perform basic equipment maintenance in a fast-paced production environment. The role offers hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment, a clear path for growth, and shift premiums.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Entry-level position with growth opportunities; manufacturing/chemical experience might be considered for higher roles.
• Basic math skills for measurements, conversions, and simple production calculations.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines in English.
• Strong communication to document activities and report issues; collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust chemical manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Handle and measure raw materials according to formulations; follow safety/quality guidelines.
• Collect samples for QC lab analysis.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Process production data transactions in SAP ERP system.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols; use PPE and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Perform equipment cleaning.
• Participate in continuous improvement, safety programs, and required training.
• Adhere to 5S for a clean, safe work environment.
