Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. in North Kingstown, RI seeks a Warehouse Technician for the 2nd shift to support receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping activities.

You will manage material flow, ensure accurate documentation, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast-paced environment. The role involves cycle counting, inventory control, and safe handling of materials, with emphasis on accuracy, timely deliveries, and compliance with shipping regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems recommended.
• Forklift or motorized vehicle certification preferred.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time-management skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar tools.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations a plus (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate motorized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials; document in the system.
• Prepare and ship customer orders by ground, air, or ocean transport; ensure labeling and packaging compliance.
• Load/unload trucks and containers; handle goods safely to prevent damage.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory transfers; resolve discrepancies.
• Pick and prepare interbranch shipments for timely deliveries.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Label and store products correctly, ensuring proper segregation when needed.
