Fujifilm Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. in North Kingstown, RI seeks a Lab Technician for 2nd shift to perform testing on high-purity chemical samples used in semiconductor manufacturing.

You will record data in the LIMS, support gauge studies, and monitor instruments via SPC. Requirements include an Associate degree in Chemical Technology and 2–5 years of laboratory experience; candidates must be able to wear a respirator and have strong computer skills and cross-functional teamwork

Competenze

• Associates Degree (Chemical Technology) required.
• 2-5 years of technical laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control is a plus.
• Experience with trace metal instrumentation (ICP, GFAA) is a plus.
• Must be able to wear a respirator.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Highly organized and able to work in cross-functional teams.
• Post-offer drug screening is required for employment.

• Perform functional testing on samples using standard operating procedures for production, engineering and R&D.
• Accurately record all data into the LIMS system.
• Assist in transfer/evaluation of new products and test procedures via gauge studies.
• Monitor instruments through Statistical Process Control.
