Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. in North Kingstown, RI is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support our 2nd shift. You will handle the movement and receipt of inbound materials, prepare customer shipments, and contribute to a safe, efficient warehouse operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; logistics certification a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management system and standard warehouse procedures.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar tools.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, IMDG) is a plus.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift: 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and record receipts in the business system (e.g., SAP).
• Prepare and package customer shipments for ground, air, and ocean transport.
• Load and unload trucks and containers for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Conduct cycle counts, material transfers, and inventory maintenance.
• Pick and prepare interbranch shipments for field warehouses.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other motorized equipment safely.
• Label, store, and segregate products according to requirements.
