• Deep understanding of defect metrology, AOI, inspection tools, and defect databases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site subject matter expert for defect inspection and metrology platforms.
• Develop and optimize inspection strategies, recipes, sampling plans, and defect review methodologies.
• Use defect data and statistical methods to identify defect sources and drive corrective actions.
