Qualifications

• Define and implement changes to manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, yields and cycle time.
• Develop and update procedures and work instructions for manufacturing processes based on customer requirements.
• Build parts, routings and related data in ERP (Epicor) system.
• Disposition DMRs and RMAs when required in a timely manner.
• Assist in product development, production and detail departments with fixturing and tooling.
• Define inspection criteria based on statistical analysis.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot production and quality issues.
• Provide material review dispositions for non-conforming materials or parts.
• Provide support to the production floor and engage with supply chain on quality issues.
• Review assigned projects to define, design, develop and deploy effective solutions with minimal resource use.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
