Job summary

Enpro is seeking a Process Engineer for the NxEdge division, located at San Carlos and Santa Clara. The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and validating manufacturing processes to boost productivity, quality, and safety in semiconductor and related tech environments.

You will drive process improvements, monitor data trends, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement new equipment and processes, ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met across all activities.

• Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes

Responsibilities

• Developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste, and increase efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies, and equipment.
• Monitoring and analyzing process data, identifying trends, and continuously proposing solutions for process improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities.
• Communicate with the internal team and customers regarding the Process.
• Engage with customer communication in quality-related matters.
• Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.
• Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures, and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.
• Coordinating the VI quoting process for the facility (provide or facilitate quotes).
• Accountable for the movement and completion of VI development parts through the facility.
