SkyWater Technology in Florida is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our advanced packaging semiconductor fab. You will create standard operating procedures, develop KPI reports, improve fab efficiency, and coordinate lot activities to meet on-time delivery schedule for customers.

The role requires 1–3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, and data analytics using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.

Qualifications

Develop, refine, and publish standard operating procedures for manufacturing floor.
Apply data analytics and statistics to translate factory data into actionable insights for operations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve OEE, Cycle Time, and bottleneck tool performance.
Support capacity modeling and fab improvement initiatives within assigned areas.
Assist in capital expenditure justification aligned with capacity and growth.
Plan and manage expedited lots in the fab.

Responsibilities
