Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 2+ years in semiconductor or manufacturing.
• High School Diploma with 8+ years in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• 1+ years of leadership, mentorship, coaching, or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives safety-first culture with zero harm targets and safety processes for shifts.
• Implements site changes based on metrics and communicates changes across shifts.
• Reinforces shift-change routines and ensures clear handoffs to meet deadlines.
• Serves as main customer contact for Operations and project activities, ensuring uninterrupted gas/chemical supply.
• Communicates status on delayed service requests and equipment resets.
• Trains and certifies technicians for required skill areas per scope of work.
• Maintains MAXIMO database for non-conforming events and addresses issues promptly.
• Conducts 8D problem-solving, root-cause investigations, and action item closure.
• Monitors equipment and service excursions and escalates as needed.
• Maintains shift schedule and addresses attendance and performance issues.
