Job summary

EMD Electronics is seeking a MEGASYS Project Coordinator to onsite at customer locations nationwide, coordinating activities with customer engineering teams, technicians, and contractors. You will ensure delivery of critical gases and chemicals for semiconductor manufacturing, manage daily project assignments, and support safety and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, 2+ years in project coordination, and a technical background.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years in semiconductor/manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years of project coordination experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering; MS Office proficiency; gas/chemical delivery systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and communications among customer engineering, equipment technicians, OEM reps and contractors using PM tools.
• Provide technical support for system design, modification, and improvements.
• Identify potential equipment failure points and perform safety assessments.
• Use system data to develop improvement projects ensuring equipment quality.
• Ensure correct materials are scoped; support new gas lines.
• Monitor contractor activities up to Safety Level 1/2 and support testing.
