EMD Electronics’ MEGASYS team seeks a Subject Matter Expert to support the TGCM group, ensuring the safe operation of gas and chemical distribution systems across semiconductor environments. You will train technicians, develop guides, and provide expert consultation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor, chemical or manufacturing setting.
• 1+ years with BCD/PCD and gas-related equipment.
• 1+ years with gas/chemical delivery systems in ultra-high purity operation.
• Associate or higher technical degree accepted.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop technicians, evaluating performance and improving skills.
• Identify and implement technical solutions to improve equipment performance.
• Evaluate business operations and provide expert consultation.
• Develop and verify technical documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment alarms, supporting customer modifications as needed.
• Prepare and conduct onboarding and continuous training programs.
