Job summary

EMD Electronics is seeking a MEGASYS technician to join our field teams. This full‑time role supports 24/7 operations, on‑site gas/chemical distribution, and periodic service calls at customer sites nationwide.

You will work with advanced gas and chemical blending equipment, perform maintenance and safety procedures, and communicate with customers. The role involves lifting, climbing, and travel with potential relocation for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of semiconductor/chemicals/manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: Associate degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Eng., or technical field.
• Must understand safe work practices and lockout/tagout concepts.
• Effective communication and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of gas/chemical distribution systems.
• Handle and change-out of gas, chemical, and slurry containers.
• Troubleshoot equipment; perform preventative and repair maintenance.
• Support quality systems and adhere to site protocols.
• Be primary customer contact and ensure safety.
