KLA is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to own production operations for RAPID 7xx reticle inspection tools in Milpitas, CA. You will lead and grow a team of Associate Test Engineers, drive manufacturing execution, quality, and cost targets, and partner with engineering, supply chain, and program management to meet ambitious production goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technically applicable field is required.
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing semiconductor equipment or manufacturing environment experience.
Minimum 5 years of direct people management in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Lead production operations for RAPID 7xx reticle inspection tools.
Provide leadership to a growing team of Associate Test Engineers with growth plans.
Drive manufacturing execution, workforce development, and production readiness.
Ensure schedules, quality, cost targets, and delivery commitments are met.
Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management teams.
