Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years field service experience with semiconductor automation equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Texas area.

Responsibilities

• Performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on company's products at customer sites.
• Inspects and evaluates customer usage of company's products.
• Submits service and expense reports to management.
• Receives follow-up and training on Company products in Japan.
• Supports sales activities and builds strong relationships with customers.
