Qualifications

• 2+ years maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting semiconductor capital equipment.
• Experience with electro-mechanical field service is preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent military/technical training).

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality on-site repair and maintenance of complex electro-mechanical systems, including component and unit replacement.
• Install and relocate customer equipment, execute start-up procedures, and conduct system qualifications.
• Use diagnostic tools and test equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction while adhering to strict safety and cleanroom protocols.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Collaborate on project planning and coordination with internal teams and customers.
