Job summary

MSR-FSR is seeking a Construction Coordinator to oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient field operations on semiconductor or related projects. You will coordinate stakeholders, inspect installations, and manage schedules and quality documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SAS, EHS, and Contractor Safety Representatives, with a focus on 6S standards and punch list closure.

Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor or related construction industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable construction codes and installation best practices for MEP trades is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction coordination or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open lines of communication between all stakeholders, including Construction Coordinators, Tool Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors and Vendors.
• Manage and track assigned construction work schedules and monitor the current status of Contractors.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations, including productivity, contractor conformance, and code/regulation adherence.
• Coordinate relevant construction support resources and SOR quantity surveys.
• Review and submit contractor redline drawings; manage punch list items and quality check sheets.
