Qualifications

• First year to junior level course work for a 4-year program or graduating by spring 2027.
• Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Laboratory environment experience with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of electrical testing and physical failure analysis on DRAM, NAND, or emerging memory devices.
• Delayering failing devices using wet and dry techniques.
• Utilize FIB/STEM/TEM for cross section analysis and SEM for top-down analysis.
• Generate slice and view images for inline process improvement feedback.
• Identify new failure mechanisms and communicate them to relevant teams.
• Apply AI-enabled approaches where appropriate within YE projects.
