You will collaborate with multi-functional engineering teams to analyze experimental flows, detect defects, and apply DOE methods to improve yield and process stability while exploring AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Eng, Chemical Eng, or Materials Sci & Eng.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills demonstrated via coursework or projects.
• Fundamental statistics and DOE concepts understood.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze experimental process flows and defect data to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to improve yield via defect detection and process monitoring.
• Apply AI and data analytics tools to accelerate defect detection and identify yield trends.
• Use inline defect signals and DOE to drive process improvements and early issue detection.
• Present findings and recommendations in team meetings and reviews.
