Job summary

TOKYO ELECTRON U.S.HOLDINGS, INC. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic II to perform semi-routine maintenance and repair work on complex facility systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with manufacturing and process engineering during equipment installation and repairs. The role requires reading blueprints, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with HVAC, pumps, and gas distribution systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of facilities maintenance or skilled trades experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Effective communication with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, pumps, chemical and gas distribution systems, and semiconductor infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineering teams during equipment installation and repair activities.
• Conduct periodic inspections to identify and report facility repair needs.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve standard maintenance issues, escalating unusual problems to higher levels.
• Maintain all required certifications and safety training, including Emergency Response and CPR/AED/BBP.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
