Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of facilities maintenance or skilled trades experience.
• Ability to mentor Level I and II mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving repair, installation, and alteration of building and production infrastructure.
• Maintain up-to-date safety and Emergency Response certifications and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Level I and II mechanics.
• Recommend and implement improvements to equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
• Review blueprints and technical documentation to plan repair and maintenance tasks.
• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and semiconductor equipment systems.
