Job Description
This is a Full-time Contract Position

With limited supervision, responsible for performing complex and varied maintenance tasks requiring a high degree of technical skill and judgment. The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic III collaborates closely with multiple departments to optimize facility operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead projects involving repair, installation, and alteration of building and production infrastructure.
  • Maintain up-to-date safety and Emergency Response certifications and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Level I and II mechanics.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
  • Review blueprints and technical documentation to plan repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and semiconductor-related equipment systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of liaising across teams.
  • Skilled in interpreting complex technical drawings and documents.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Advanced skills in multiple trades including HVAC, water purification, chemical distribution, and waste treatment systems.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of facilities maintenance or skilled trades experience
