Job summary

Tokyo Electron Limited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic III for a full-time contract position in Chelmsford, MA. You will lead repair, installation, and alteration projects across building and production infrastructure, ensuring OSHA compliance and current safety certifications.

Job description

Facilities Maintenance Mechanic III

This is a Full-time Contract Position

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead projects involving repair, installation, and alteration of building and production infrastructure.
  • Maintain up-to-date safety and Emergency Response certifications and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Level I and II mechanics.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
  • Review blueprints and technical documentation to plan repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and semiconductor-related equipment systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of liaising across teams.
  • Skilled in interpreting complex technical drawings and documents.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Advanced skills in multiple trades including HVAC, water purification, chemical distribution, and waste treatment systems.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of facilities maintenance or skilled trades experience
