Job summary

MACOM is seeking a Shift Manager for Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication in the United States. You will lead Fab shift operations, ensure safety, drive throughput, and manage WIP and staffing while collaborating with engineering and quality teams.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering or manufacturing management, a BS in engineering, and US Person status due to ITAR regulations. MACOM offers RSU eligibility and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of engineering and/or manufacturing management.
• BS in Engineering is required.
• U.S. Persons status required due to ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Fab shift operations, safety, throughput, yield and on-time delivery for the shift.
• Collaborate with Fab engineering, equipment, quality and facilities teams.
• Manage WIP, staffing, training, and employee relations; enforce policies.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity and cost-reduction projects across shifts.
