Qualifications

Responsibilities

Set daily fab targets by reviewing prior-day performance and constraints.
Analyze and optimize equipment capacity and line balance.
Own IE projects across cross-functional teams.
Develop analytical models, dashboards, and KPIs to support capacity planning and decision making.
Identify opportunities for automation and data visibility improvements.
