FormFactor, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Engineering Supervisor in Farmers Branch, TX to lead a night shift of Equipment and Process Technicians.

You’ll supervise maintenance, coordinate tool qualifications, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality, and Facilities to maximize uptime and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; 3+ years in semiconductors or high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience leading technicians in cleanroom/electronics environments.
• Knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily night-shift execution with assignments and escalations.
• Provide troubleshooting and return-to-service for manufacturing tools.
• Support preventive & corrective maintenance and tool qualification.
• Coach technicians, monitor performance and enforce safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
