You will work across mechanical and electrical assembly, soldering, and testing, collaborating with engineers to refine designs and bring up tools and fabs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building electro-mechanical assemblies from drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Methodical attention to detail in testing and quality verification.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot and improve designs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tool assembly, calibration, testing, and maintenance.
• Assemble mechanical and electrical components, sub-assemblies, and tools.
• Build wire harnesses and perform soldering (through-hole and SMT).
• Conduct in-process testing to verify functionality and identify defects.
• Use CAD models, drawings, and BOMs to verify parts and revisions.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve equipment designs and instructions.
• Support bring-up and installation of tools and fabs with engineering.
• Use fabrication tools like 3D printers and laser cutters for parts.
