Atomic Semi in Austin, Texas, is hiring a Production Technician to assemble semiconductor equipment from work instructions, CAD models, and BOMs. You will perform both mechanical and electrical assembly and work closely with engineers to enhance designs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building electro-mechanical assemblies from drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Methodical attention to detail in testing and quality verification.
• Track record of working with engineers to troubleshoot and improve designs.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of semiconductor equipment.
• Build wire harnesses and solder components.
• Conduct in-process testing of components and completed tools.
• Use CAD models and BOMs to perform builds.
• Partner with engineers to improve designs and assembly processes.
• Support bring-up and installation of tools and fabs.
• Use light fabrication equipment to produce parts.
