TSMC Arizona is seeking an Equipment Technician for its 5-nanometer fab in Phoenix. You will perform preventive maintenance on cutting-edge semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom, review SPC charts, and assist with spare parts lifecycle while supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training, ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, and willingness to perform Emergency Response Team duties if needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in military service preferred.
• Able to operate computer and system interfaces to analyze production information.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and complete required documentation.
• Experience working in a cleanroom and PPE, on the factory floor most of the time.
• Able to lift weight per safety guidelines; comfortable with physical demands.
• Willingness to work compressed work week with rotating shifts (12-hr shifts).
• Participation in Emergency Response Team duties may be required with additional compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance on state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom.
• Conduct visual inspections after PM to ensure quality standards.
• Respond to error messages from factory systems and equipment.
• Review SPC charts and troubleshoot process defects.
• Sustain and improve spare parts management across the lifecycle.
• Participate in continuous improvement, learning and skills development.
