Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Process Technician to help keep the world’s most advanced production running at our Phoenix fab. You will monitor automated systems, respond to alarms, and analyze data to maintain wafer yield and line stability.

Training is provided with a clear path to leadership, including shift coordination responsibilities. Work involves 12-hour shifts, day/night rotation, and a compressed week schedule once trained, with on-site work in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability with solid computer proficiency.
• Reliable, communicative and team-oriented, capable of following procedures and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Run production shifts operating automated systems to control wafer flow and tool performance.
• Respond to alarms and analyze data to trace abnormalities and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with engineers to stabilize processes and drive continuous improvements.
• Grow into leadership roles through training and shift coordination responsibilities.
