Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years related experience, or advanced degree without experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in technical, mechanical, or maintenance fields.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training courses for customers and/or employees at Lam’s Training Centers on complex scenarios across multiple products.
• Utilize PBET by performing hands-on training using Lam capital equipment systems, delivering classroom lectures, online classes, and mixed-media strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure course material reflects current product features.
• Validate the applicability of course material with course development team.
• Prepare lesson plans from released engineering and field service documents.
• Willingness to complete training and qualifications in Tualatin, OR, with potential for extended stays; relocation assistance if needed.
• Be open to travel up to 30% for the first year.
