Job summary

SkyWater Technology is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to service and maintain semiconductor fabrication equipment. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electro/mechanical systems, and coordinate with engineers and vendors to ensure uptime.

The role requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent military training plus 5+ years of experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to pass security clearance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Science, Math, Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing or related discipline or equivalent military training/experience.
• 5+ years of Semiconductor Equipment experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and unscheduled maintenance on semiconductor fabrication equipment.
• Troubleshoot electro/mechanical and fluidic circuits to identify root causes.
• Dismantle, repair, rebuild and adjust equipment per manuals and blueprints.
• Work with outside vendors and cross-functional teams on maintenance and projects.
