The role spans entry to senior levels, with emphasis on preventive and corrective maintenance and strong teamwork. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or military electronics training, solid mechanical/electronic skills, and the ability to read electrical schematics and

Qualifications

• Requires two years associate degree or military electronics training equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electronic skills and ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, project management skills, and knowledge of SPC in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fab equipment to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce repetitive tool breakdowns.
• Monitor and analyze tool data; communicate status and recommendations clearly to engineers.
• Collaborate with engineers to design and implement equipment improvement projects.
