Qualifications

• 7+ years of process engineering experience is desirable.
• Experience with MOCVD or MBE reactors required.
• Knowledge of SPC and recipe editing required.
• Experience with reactor maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize semiconductor epitaxy processes.
• Analyze data to improve yield and quality.
• Troubleshoot reactor operations and recipes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet specs.
