Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 1 year experience in epitaxial growth or a master’s degree.
• Experience with personal protective equipment and chemical safety.
• Systematic and detail oriented with strong planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform epitaxial growth of III-V semiconductor materials.
• Characterize epitaxial materials using various techniques.
• Maintain and repair growth reactor and support equipment.
