Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 6+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry.
• Prior experience or formal training in project, program, or product management.
• Strong interpersonal skills - influence without authority.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) with executives, engineers and vendors.
• Detail-oriented and able to distill complex issues into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of complex semiconductor technology programs.
• Develop, maintain, and execute the project plan for enablement of new tech or transfers.
• Monitor scope, cost, schedule, and technical specs; manage risks and actions.
• Drive teams to meet milestones and customer commitments; document meeting outputs.
• Report progress to stakeholders and coordinate with customers and vendors.
• Travel as needed for customer requests, reviews, and staff meetings.
