Qualifications

  • Ability to perform DOE, data analysis and simulations to drive improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause determination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements.
  • Drive improvements via characterization, tests, DOE, data analysis and simulation.
  • Own technology parametric performance and Cpk improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to transfer and manufactur e advanced analog/embedded tech.
  • Collaborate across process, integration, reliability, packaging and test groups to meet goals.
