Texas Instruments is seeking an energetic Device and Process Integration Engineer to drive continual improvement of advanced analog and embedded technologies at the Lehi, Utah wafer fab. You will plan schedules, lead technical discussions, and collaborate across organizations to meet critical device parameters and enable game-changing products.

The role emphasizes data-driven process improvements, cross-functional teamwork, and effective communication.

Formación

• Two years of relevant engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in EE/ECE or semiconductor-related field (solid state physics, applied physics, or quantum physics).

Responsabilidades

• Use device physics to enable process and parametric improvements.
• Drive process and device improvements via characterization, DOE, data analysis, and simulations.
• Own technology parametric performance and CpK improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to transfer, develop, qualify, and manufacture advanced analog and embedded technologies.
• Collaborate with process, integration, reliability, packaging, and test engineers to achieve goals.
• Communicate project status and meet critical deadlines.
