Job summary

Tower Semiconductor Ltd. seeks a highly organized individual to join our sales and operations planning team. You will translate customer demand and sales forecasts into actionable production plans, aligning multiple departments to meet corporate objectives.

The role requires a Industrial Engineering background, 2+ years in planning, and experience with SAP, ERP, and CRM. Excellent Excel and English skills are essential, plus legal ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
2+ years of planning/production planning and developing experience.
Experience in semiconductor industry or fabless companies.
Experience working with customers.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Translate customer demand and sales forecasts into actionable production plans.
Generate production indices and build-to-forecast plans (e.g., capacity, materials).
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Business Units to execute forecast.
Define priorities and secure commitments to customers.
Generate reports, comparisons and analyses for management.
Interact with Sales, Business Units, Customer Support, Production, Procurement, and Finance.
