Element Solutions invites an Applications Engineer to support the expansion of MacDermid Alpha products into Semiconductor Assembly. The role centers on lab activities in Piscataway, NJ, including assembly and testing of power electronics, discrete and RF components, soldering, die bonding and DOE optimization.

The candidate will manage lab operations, support product development, and collaborate with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering with 3 years' semiconductor assembly experience.
• Knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) is required.
• Capability to handle manual work, including basic machine assembly/disassembly for maintenance and modification.

Responsabilidades

• Co-manage the daily operation of the Piscataway, NJ laboratory.
• Maintain 5S in the lab to ensure safe operations and support customer interactions.
• Operate and maintain processing and testing equipment (P&P machines, reflow ovens, sinter presses, die bonder, etc.).
• Own specific customer projects from concept through implementation and conclusion.
