Job summary

Element Solutions Inc. is seeking an Applications Engineer in Piscataway, New Jersey to support the commercial expansion of MacDermid Alpha products into the Semiconductor Assembly market.

The role involves supporting lab functions, assembly and testing of Power Electronics, Discrete and RF components, and lab equipment management. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering and at least 3 years in semiconductor assembly, along with CAD

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
Experience in Semiconductor Assembly required.
Knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) required.

Responsibilities

Co-manage daily Laboratory operations in Piscataway, NJ.
Operate and maintain processing and testing equipment.
Contribute to DOE studies for material and process improvements.
Provide technical support to Business Development and write technical papers.
Collaborate with partner companies and travel as needed.
Perform data collection and generate reports for stakeholders.
