Forge Nano Inc. is seeking a Semiconductor Field Process Support Engineer to join our Semiconductor Service Team.

This role blends semiconductor process engineering with field service to install, optimize, and maintain Forge Nano's ALD systems at customer fabs, microelectronics facilities, and research sites. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic customer-facing environments, enjoys solving complex process and equipment challenges, and possesses strong technical knowledge of semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years in semiconductor process engineering or related roles.
• Experience with ALD, CVD, or PVD deposition.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site technical expert for Forge Nano ALD systems at customer facilities.
• Support process development, recipe optimization, and film characterization.
• Analyze process data to improve film quality, throughput, and yield.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve process challenges and enable new applications.
• Lead Site Acceptance Testing during tool installation.
• Troubleshoot hardware and process issues in customer environments.
• Document interactions, troubleshooting, and findings per company procedures.
