Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Semiautomatic Specialist Operator to support line leaders in changeovers, quality inspections, machine cleaning and proactive safety and quality leadership. You will move raw materials to the line, operate the box former/closer or case packer, troubleshoot issues and maintain a high‑quality output.

You will be expected to follow SOPs, perform preventative maintenance tasks, and sustain a clean, safe work environment on a 2‑2‑3 pattern with overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Technical education in mechanics is required.
• 1–2 years as machine operator on high‑speed lines is preferred.
• Strong math, measurement reading, fractions/decimals conversion abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication with peers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or multiple production machines (box former/closer/case packer).
• Perform changeovers and fine adjustments per SOP.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain safety standards.
• Keep area clean and organized; assist maintenance and engineering as needed.
• Collaborate with peers to minimize downtime and meet hourly output targets.
