Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Semiautomatic Specialist Operator in the United States to support box forming/closing and case packing along a high-speed line. You will help with changeovers, quality inspections, and safety compliance while maintaining clean and efficient production flow.

The role requires mechanical education, 1–2 years on similar equipment, and the ability to read measurements. We offer a climate-controlled environment, scheduled 2-2-3 shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Technical education in Mechanics.
• 1-2 years of experience on high-speed packaging lines (box former/box closer) or similar.
• Experience with cardboard processing machinery is preferred.
• Good communication skills with peers and leaders.
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand fractions/decimals.
• Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with manufacturing computer systems (Easy HMI).
• Maintenance experience with basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more production machines, move raw materials to the line, and assist with changeovers.
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and housekeeping.
• Support line leaders and maintenance/engineering with safety and quality initiatives.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow SOPs.
