Job summary

Small Potato Trucking is seeking drivers for semi-local lanes with a strong annual pay of $90,000 and a target of about 1,700 miles weekly. The role runs CO, KS, UT, WY, NE, SD and NM, with a Monday to Friday work week and occasional weekend work.

Start times range 03:00–06:00 for a 12-hour day, requiring physical fitness to move mattresses and the ability to chain as weather dictates. Applicants must be 21+, hold a valid Class A CDL and a current DOT medical card, have verifiable trailer

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to move mattresses.
• Must be willing and able to chain as weather dictates.
• 21 years old minimum, valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
• Verifiable and recent trailer driving experience with a good employment record.
• Clean driving record with no more than 2 accidents or violations within the last 3 years, this will be checked.
• Drug-free status required, SAP candidates are NOT accepted.

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-local routes across CO, KS, UT, WY, NE, SD and NM.
• Maintain high safety and attendance standards with a Mon-Fri schedule and occasional weekends.
• Start between 03:00 and 06:00 with a 12-hour work day.
• Coordinate with terminals for home-base logistics.

Lane runs CO, KS, UT, WY, NE, SD and NM

Work week Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday or Sunday

Drivers MUST be physically fit to move mattresses

Drivers MUST be willing and able to chain as weather dictates

Qualifications:

Must have personal transportation and pass a drug test

21 years old minimum, valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.

Verifiable and recent trailer driving experience with a good employment record

Clean driving record with no more than 2 accidents or violations within the last 3 years, this will be checked

Drug-free status required, SAP candidates are NOT accepted

Paid orientation - upon completion and hired.
